Dance Fitness Classes (BURN IT UP TUESDAY):

TampaBay Afrofit cardio session is a fitness program that combines music from various countries of Africa and the Caribbean with dance moves. Afrofit routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training. TampaBay Afrofit dance fitness sessions can count toward the 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity recommended for most healthy adults by the Department of Health and Human Services. Aerobic exercise reduces health risks, keeps excess pounds at bay, strengthens your heart and boosts your mood. If you enjoy exploring different cultures through music and dance, you're also more likely to do it regularly — and experience its benefits as an aerobic exercise.​

TampaBay Afrofit personal training sessions are designed to maximize each client's potential and be that one on one approach that allows fitting each individual's lifestyle and time restrictions. From the creation of customized plans for the gym to in-home workout sessions, we can accommodate your needs.

​​Circuit training in a bootcamp setting to maximize the capacity to integrate the 150 minutes of weekly physical activity recommended by the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans . Under the guidance of a fitness coach/Personal Trainer, weekly customize sessions will be conducted focussing on gaining strength, mobility, balance, & flexibility. Confirmation required by Saturday morning 9:00 AM. Session scheduled for 11:00 AM
